We have been appointed by Urban Renewal Authority (URA) for the Technical Service Consultancy for Project Management (Structural Engineering) of a Design and Build project under URA entrusted by ArchSD. The project comprises construction of a Joint-User Complex with construction floor area (CFA) about 45,114 square metres and 17 storeys on top of one basement for car parking and a vehicular access linking to Lai Chi Kok Road. The project location is at Cheung Wah Street/Cheung Sha Wan Road Development Scheme in Sham Shui Po. The Joint-User Complex will provide sports centre; related recreational and sports facilities; health centre; welfare facilities; government offices; and ancillary facilities to the community.
